From South of Prescott

#1
I-17 north to Prescott exit, which is at Cordes Junction. Go west on Hwy 69 (for about 30 minutes) through little town of Maher and then Dewey to the third signal in town and turn right onto Fain Road  (bypasses city of Prescott Valley). This road goes out across the hinterlands and just when you’re wondering where you are, you come to a signal.

#2
Continue straight ahead through the signal (the signs say Hwy 89 A South, though you are for this journey traveling west) and here, the road is also called the Pioneer Parkway. Go all the way to the end – about 15 miles across the valley – where  the road “T’s” at the west end of the valley, and turn right onto Williamson Valley Road.  This does two things:  puts you in the same valley as the Flying B Ranch and drops you onto Williamson Valley Road at green milepost #5  (a rural designation of distance from the city of Prescott).

#3
Go to green Milepost #16 on Williamson Valley Road and turn right onto Crossroads Ranch Road. Go 2.5 miles to a 4-way stop sign and turn right onto the road the ranch is on. It is 2.5 miles along Dillon Wash Road to the Ranch. Push the button on the gate to open– it closes in one minute - and come to the arena. (The gate will automatically begin opening inward when exiting the ranch.) The office will be on the front porch – or continue down the hill to trailer parking.
