Enchantment Driving Society

EDS will be hosting a Beginner Driving Clinic with clinician Kathy
Mueller at the Vista Sandia Equestrian Park in Albuquerque on March 20th.
 EDS also plans to have a tack swap/sale at the clinic, so if you have
anything you wish to sell, or something you are looking to buy, be sure
to come to the clinic and tack swap.  Contact Karyn Ogonowski if you have
any questions regarding the clinic.


Our driving training opportunities this year has just expanded to include
a CDE Clinic/Mock CDE presented by Rebecca Guitierrez in Roswell, NM on
April 24th-25th, at the Pecos Valley Horsemen's
Facility! 

This promises to be not only informative, but alot of fun!  Rebecca will
provide additional details later, but the plan is to offer a clinic on
Combined Driving Events (CDE) which includes Dressage, Cone, and
Martathon.  After the clinic she will provide us the chance to
participate in a mock CDE complete with Dressage, Cones and Marathon
(complete with obstacles).

information to come!


June 6 - Driving Show at Vista Sandia Arena


EDS has tentative reservation of the Bernalillo County Sherriff Posse
Arena for a driving clinic on the weekend of 21-22 August.  Clinician(s)
not yet selected. 


Lorre Shemek (RGMDA) informed me that Valencia County Fair has asked her
to put together a driving show.  I believe the last all breed driving
show at the Valencia County Fair was held in 2004/2005, so it will be
great to have this venue available to us again!  The date in August is
yet to be set but could possibly be 7th or 28th.  Watch the EDS
